Why won't quiken connect to Citibank
It was fine up until the 10th. Now, when I try to add online through my account list, it coonnects to Citibank, Citibank shows it's approved and returns me to quicken. Quicken does it's thing and then says it didn't connect.

When you do HELP, About Quicken … what shows as the Quicken product, version and "Subscription valid until … " date?
When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns across from your Citibank accounts?
What's the EXACT wording of any messages that you get when trying to connect? Are you getting any error codes?

When I try to do online set up, it takes me to the Citibank website, Citibank authorized the access and sends me back to Quicken. Quicken starts the connection and then disconnects before it's completed. I've chatted with Citibank and they tell me it's not their isssue. When I download transactions from Citibank and then try to upload them into Quicken, Quicken restarts the connections ritual and then disconnects again before a connection can be completed.

It shows no active downloads and last download date is unavailable. I don't have this issue with any of my other credit card accounts.
