Capital One downloads

Looking for recent experience downloading from Capital One for checking and credit card accounts. I stopped downloading in February 2022 when there were unresolved issues with the downloads. Considering setting up downloads again. Appreciate any guidance you can provide. Using Quicken Classic Deluxe.

    Personally, I do manual downloads of (Web Connect .QFX) files from the CapOne website. It works perfectly every time and never a download error because of some software change that fouls up the Express Web Connect+ connection and generally takes weeks to fix .

    I only have a checking account with Capital One, but it downloads fine. It is setup as capital one-New using express web connect+.

    I have the credit card and no issues with downloading for 15 years. My connection is EWC+

    - Q Win Deluxe user since 2010, US Subscription
    - I don't use Cloud Sync, Mobile & Web, Bill Pay/Mgr

    Reporting the result. I saved a Qkn backup and several reports for each Capital One account so that I could compare accounts to what I had versus what existed after the download. I reconnected my Capital One accounts. Was not pretty. Even the opening balance was wrong on a check account. Thus, I give up. Been doing okay without them being connected and will continue to operate that way.

    Did you by any chance reconnect from the same online services tab of each account that you disconnected from? If so, then-if you haven't given up entirely- I suggest you try using the + sign over the account bar to add capital one that way. I know for some cases that works much better.
