Trouble re-authorizing BofA with my CITI credit card account
I understand that changes have been made but I cannot seem to get Quicken Classic to download my transactions and re-authorizing the account has been unsuccessful. WIN11 using Chrome. I also use a VPN, but whether it's on or off I get the same results. Tools > Accounts list > CITI (account) > Transaction Download column: No (Activate downloads)
I click the link: Add Account (continue) > "CITI Cards needs you to authorize your accounts" Click Next > Continue > Click Sign-in > Browser page opens to authorize.citi.com asking for logon. Entered user and password and login successful. Then, nothing.
I've also, after logging in to citi.com, gone to my profile and located the temporary authorization for third-party apps including Quicken but it doesn't change the results.
Anyone else having a similar issue?

Hello @reelneal,
Thank you for sharing a detailed account of your experience.
When issues happen on the bank's website during the reauthorization, we do ask that you contact the bank for assistance. Ask to speak with someone in online banking, and see if they can help.
If you are unable to get anywhere with Citi, please contact Quicken Support directly, so they can investigate this further and process an escalation if needed.
Thank you!
Quicken Alyssa
