Citi ThankYou Mastercard Website Has Moved

The website changed and Quicken apparently has not adjusted. I am able to connect manually to the new site but not through Quicken.

Ah, this likely explains the issues I started to see with my ThankYou Mastercard today. During OSU the EWC connection was broken.

Attempts to set it up again pushed me to the website where I was to reauthorize for EWC+, not with EWC. But the webpage closed immediately upon logging in. Then in Quicken I got this Add Account failure message.

So, I think this is all because Citi Retail Services is migrating from EWC to EWC+.

I was able to log into my online ThankYou Mastercard account (I did not get the message you posted above).

I then went to Tools > Online > Online Center and downloaded the latest FI list and refreshed the Financial Institution Branding and Profile for ThankYou Mastercard. But Add Account still returned the same issue.

So, it might be that the Citi Retail Services website needed for this new EWC+ connection is not yet completed or turned on or it might be that the FI list file has not yet been made available to Quicken.

I'll try doing Add Account, again, tomorrow. If the issue still exists I'll Report the Problem to Quicken (Help > Report a Problem). I suggest you do the same.

If this issue is not resolved by tomorrow I think we'll see more people posting about this issue.

I waited until after 8:00 a.m. (CST) to try Add Account for Citi ThankYou Mastercard. It took maybe 5-7 minutes for the reauthorization process to complete but in the end my account was successfully connected via EWC+ (the new Quicken Connect for QMac).

However, in the OSU Summary I got the following message. It was a little late as it should have popped up on Saturday night or on Sunday but it did not. Still my account is now connected nearly 3 hrs before the time mentioned in this message so maybe they are a little ahead of schedule or maybe I just got lucky and "snuck in".

Hopefully, this is the end of this issue for me for this Citi Retail Services card. Now I get to see if my other Citi Retail Services card (the Macy's Amex card) which I've not been able to download for about 3 months now can also be set up with EWC+.

Tried @ 2pmCST 11/3/25, it reauthorized both ThankYou accounts and updated. Updated this morning as well.

During OSU a new transaction was downloaded and the error message in the OSU Summary was no longer present. I am considering this issue to be closed.
