Income and Reminders - Paycheck showing wrong amount

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
The future paycheck for future payments is showing the incorrect, and this wrong amount is flowing to other aspects of Quicken, such as the tax planner. If I edit the paycheck (this and future), the correct amount returns.
I did validate the file.
What is going on?
