Error when updating Fidelity accounts on Quicken

I have added all recent updates. Still have a Fidelity personal TOD account that goes from a positive account balance to an extremely large negative balance when doing an online update. Also, other accounts do not match Fidelity account balances.

    What type of account? What is your current RELEASE of Q? What is your download method from Fidelity into Q? Have you examined the account for Placeholders, or very wrong transactions?

    If an investment account, are individual security amounts wrong, or what?

    And, what "other accounts" are you talking about? Are they Fidelity accounts, or what? And why should any account match the amount of a Fidelity (or any other) account?

    Have you tried Validating your Q data file?
