Portfolio reports (Quicken Classic Premier for Windows R64.35 Build 27.1.64.35)

Several months ago, stocks that I sold/removed long ago started showing up in Investing/Portfolio/Holdings with a zero share balance. Lots of people have mentioned this problem. Lots of threads provide solutions that entail going through each zero balance holding to make a correction. [Changing the decimal precision in Edit/Preferences Report doesn't solve the problem.] I've been using Quicken for decades and have about 150 holdings with the zero balance problem. It will take hours to correct this problem holding by holding. Can't Quicken include a "Don't show shares with zero balance" button in "Customize" or in Edit/Preferences/Report?

Thanks,

Jim Butler

Which particular reports have this problem?

If the share balance is actually zero and not some small fraction of a share and the problem is in the Investing > Portfolio views or account Holdings views, you can click on the gear at the top right and select whether or not to show closed lots.
