Chevron Federal Credit Union OL-295-A error
I have been getting the OL-295-A error, and Quicken doesn't download from Chevron Federal Credit Union. It started this week.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
This error usually appears when your computer cannot establish an internet connection with Quicken. Please note, these errors do not mean the computer has lost internet connection, simply that Quicken cannot establish an internet connection.
Please review this Support Article for OL-295-A and apply the suggested steps. If the issue is not resolved after following the steps above, you will need to contact your financial institution. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem. This may require you to ask to speak with an online services specialist who handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states it can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary.

The error didn't get resolved, and I contacted the Chevron Federal Credit Union. Here is the response
"Quicken download keeps getting OL-295-A error
This error code is an authentication error and you will need to reach out to Quicken directly and work with them for a resolution. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist further with this issue"
I don't have problem with other financial institutions for downloading the transactions, but only with Chevron Federal Credit Union. Please help.

@Quicken Alyssa My inbox doesn't have any message at all. Can you please resend the message.
BTW, I am currenlty not in the US for a couple of weeks, and I am not sure that makes any difference. I am still able to download from other instituations (like Chase Bank) while I am away from US, and I only have problem with Chevron Federal Credit Union. Thank you.
