PNC and Quicken internal transfer problem

PNC and Quicken seem to have a communication problem. PNC internal transfers from my checking to savings accounts work perfectly. However, when the transfers are added to Quicken via an update, they are always assigned or deducted from the wrong account. This has been happening for several months. PNC could not help me. IMO, it appears to be a Quicken problem.

    Explain, in detail, the specific steps that you take for those 2 actions.

    Also, are you downloading into those PNC accounts? Which method (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect+, Web Connect)? Do other downloads come into those accounts correctly?

    I use Express Web Connect+. The automatic monthly transfer from checking to saving accounts are basically the only transfers done. Other PNC downloads seem to be correct.
