Fidelity CMA account 11/20 and 11/21 transactions missing

I'm using the new EWC+ connection. Transactions continued to download up until 11/19. The transactions from 11/20 and 11/21 have not downloaded (today is 11/23). I tried deactivating online setup and re-set up the online download. The transactions from 11/20 and 11/21 still have not downloaded. Is this a known issue?

I had no problem downloading a transaction that posted to my Fidelity account on 11/20.

Have you double-checked the Fidelity website to see that there WERE posted transactions on those dates?

Yes. I bought an ETF on the 20th and the 21st, and sold an ETF on the 21st. Also bought a money market fund on the 20th. There was also a paycheck deposit (ACH) on the 20th. None of these are downloading.

On what day, according to Fidelity, did those trades settle?

Also note that, with EWC+ there's an almost guaranteed 1 day delay in downloads because of the differences between how EWC+ works vs how Direct Connect worked.

ETF purchases and sale show a settlement date one day later. But money market fund purchased on 20th settled the same day. ACH deposit just shows 20th -- no separate settlement date is shown.

So it's not just the CMA account that's having this missing transaction problem. My BrokerageLink account (linked to my employer's 401k account) also isn't downloading transactions. Specifically, there was a reinvestment of dividend on Nov. 28. This was for a mutual fund (not money market).

That transaction isn't downloading, as of Nov. 30. But when I reconcile shares, it shows that the # of shares in my Quicken account doesn't match the holdings info downloaded from Fidelity. So apparently the last download from Quicken of the holdings does have the current share balance including the reinvestment. But it didn't download the actual transaction.
