Quicken Win Prem - R64.30 - ALL online biller broken and can't be "reconnect"ed
I was postponing the update to 64,30 as long as possible, but this morning I received a banner message saying I MUST upgrade to R64.30 if I wish to continue to use my online billers. So I did and now wish I hadn't.
I've tried reconnecting (Reconnect button), and Quicken can no longer find Black Hills, American Electric Power/SWEPCO, or AT&T (except for the AT&T Universal Card).
I can't believe there is a 100% (in my case) failure with this new online biller tool, so what am I doing wrong?

Hello @JimC52,
Thank you for sharing your experience, though I am sorry for the frustration with the billers after the update.
After checking internally, Black Hills is not in the list of supported billers. However, I do see AT&T Landline & Long Distance, and American Electric Power in the list as supported.
One thing you can try is going to the Bills & Income tab, clicking the gear icon on the right, selecting Review and Repair from the menu options.
Once there, select Review and Repair Online Billers.
Alternatively, you can delete and re-add the billers.
Let me know how it goes.

This allowed me to delete and recreate the electric provider bill (American Electric Power), but our natural gas provider (Blackhills Energy) and internet provider (AT&T) are not found in the list of available online billers. How / when are these going to become available again (as they were previously)?

P.S. - I cannot find any AT&T available biller other than "AT&T Universal Card". Is there a more recent list of billers that may not have been downloaded yet?

Thank you for following up.
Unfortunately, Blackhills Energy is not currently supported. While our current list of billers could expand over time, there is no guarantee or ETA on if/when any of the billers that are currently unsupported will be supported again.
As far as AT&T goes, I can see exactly what you are describing in my own Quicken as well. Please contact Quicken Support directly so they can escalate this if needed. Let me know how it goes.
Thank you!

AT&T, Blackhills Energy and Consumer Cellular are on the internal list of "missing electronic billers". I was given a reference number of 12064603 and told that a new release will be out in another week which will have additional electronic billers - which may include some of these.

Thank you for following up on this.
It looks like the biller may have been removed since we last talked. That doesn't mean it will be gone forever; it could be added back in. You can periodically check Quicken to see if/when it's added back in.
In regard to what the last agent told you, I cannot guarantee that these billers will be added in the next release. It's constantly changing, so it's just something we have to keep checking on.
Thanks again.

Until Quicken and the new service provider they had to migrate to can iron out the wrinkles, I recommend falling back to a known good process that has been around for decades.
Please consider this alternative0 -
Thanks for the response,
I never rely on Quicken to "issue payment to my vendors" but have configured ACH payments for each of them which continue to function as expected. The issue comes up when a draft will occur or occurs that I don't see in my journal. I keep a minimum balance in my debit account(s) and transfer sufficient funds to keep them solvent on a bi-weekly basis. Debit accounts earn almost no interest and over the period of years, pseudo-losses can mount up.
I don't understand why an update would not include all the currently used tools and not force the end user to find work arounds to a process with many, many years of successful history.
