Two Fidelity 401k Accounts - Two different Login
My wife and I worked for the same company and each of us has a 401K with Fidelity, with two different logins. When I connect the first one, all is well. When I connect the second one, it replicates the first one. So I have two accounts with the exact same information. On the Netbenefits site, the holdings and values are different for the two accounts. How can I get around this issue?

Hello @rmatz,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I can definitely see why you would be confused by this.
I think we need to take a look at how this information is being sent to Quicken from Fidelity. In order to do that, we would need you to send over your log files by going to Help>Report a problem>Send to Quicken.
Once you have done that, please contact Quicken Support directly so they can further investigate this and process an escalation if needed.
Let me know how it goes!

Call the helpdesk and they had me deactivate and activate both accounts and it seems to be working now.
