One Step is downloading new transactions but the online balance is not being updated.

    MUCH more info needed in order to help you.

    Are you seeing this in all accounts (all Financial Institutions) or just some? Which, as shown at TOOLS, Account List in the "Financial Institution" column?

    On that same screen, what shows in the "Transaction Download" and "Last Download" columns for the accounts?

    What type(s) of accounts?

    "Online Balance" shows in multiple places in Q. Where are you seeing this?

    Does the Balance column agree with what the FI's website shows, for Cleared and Reconciled transactions?

    What Release of Q, and what Q product are you running? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.

    Quicken Classic Deluxe, user for over 20 years. All accounts are affected. Balance on the left side when clicking on each account which is typically the balance as reported from the FI with the online account. When reconciling too, the statement ending balance does not match what the account finical intuitions show as my balance.

    Last download shows 11/25 @ 8:45pm. Transaction Download show, for most accounts Yes (Express Web Connect (+)). It is downloading individual transactions after 11/25, just not updating the balance to match the FI. The balance column on the Account List screen does not match the FI balance.

    Version R65.17 Oh, wait when on the Help About, obtaining this information it says me Subscription expires on 09/19/25. I paid so not sure why this is updated. Did a Refresh Sign in and it updated the Subscription date to 2026. Was hoping that would fix it but it did not.

    After one step runs the summary doesn't list the accounts as being updated. Says Online Quotes, and Cloud sync.

    Also noticed the one step update is extremely fast. It lists all accounts saying waiting then very quickly says complete. It normally takes some time to update all accounts.
