Cash withdrawals reported as income in income v expense reports

I created a second checking account this year with another bank. When I withdrawal cash from my first checking account (Chase) it does not show up as income on the above report. When I take cash out of the new checking account (local bank) it shows up under the income bracket. I looked at both checking accounts and set them up the same way. It must be a setting under the new account but I don't see it. Any ideas.

The problem isn't with the Account's setup, the problem is with the report. Look to see that the new Account is selected as "feeding" information to the report and make sure on the Advanced tab that "Exclude Internal" is selected with Transfers.

Look at your customization specs for the report. Both Accounts tab and Categories tab. Way down on the categories tab, you will find a listing of accounts. The difference may be down there.
