Never get OTP from Quicken

OTP problem is BACK…two weeks without problems but now same old same old….either SANTANDER or QUICKEN changed something.
I see some people have problems with their FIDELITY accounts…coincidence ???

Thank you for reporting that the issue has returned.
Can I please have you all go to Help>Report a problem, from within your Quicken software, and Send to Quicken?
This will allow you to attach your log files and send them over to us. The issue has been reported, and your log files will help the investigation. Once you have sent them over, let me know so I can add them to the ticket.

Hi, I was just going to report the problem but this morning I tried again and this time NO OTP message….
So nothing to report a problem on today… any idea if something changed at either SANTANDERs or QUICKENs end?

Thank you for letting us know you are not receiving the OTP at this time. I hope it sticks and you continue having success.
No, I am not aware of any change on the Quicken side of things. You would need to contact the bank to ask if there are changes occurring from their end.
