Is there a work around for using 1 step update for Fidelity?

One step update doesn't work for Fidelity AGAIN. The problem started in August, lasted until early September. Then everything worked until October 25. Haven't gotten any transactions since. I'm on release R65.17. Has anyone tried to go back to an older version of Quicken that works. I've updated the connection method, run super validate (no problems), unlinked and relinked accounts with no positive results. I get no error messages. Its like the update is ignoring my Fidelity accounts.😊

I don't pay too much attention to syncs, as I mostly just manually enter my transactions at Fidelity. That being said, from what I've observed, syncs can be spotty with Fidelity, and seem a bit slower than credit card accounts. That being said, if you really need the sync, maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling Quicken, and also updating your Fidelity password.

I download into R65.37 six days a week without problem/error, so you might try updating your program.

Also, besides Express Web Connect+ (via One Step Update) the only other download method that Fidelity supports is CSV, which Q doesn't support for transactions.

BUT, you might try looking at some of the software at quicknperlwiz.com. He's a former SuperUser and his products regularly get suggested here.

Glad to see steady progress in making things worse.  Three managed funds from Fidelity are out of balance by hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, with mislabeled transactions, and extremely delayed downloads of VISA transactions. And yet you dare to run TV spots on CNBC touting Quicken, despite all these long-term, ongoing problems. You have guts. I agreed to pay Quicken a yearly fee just to avoid this situation. Do you really think I am going to renew, considering what was once world-class program now runs like a broken-down truck?
