Does this feature request already exist? OSU in the background, please

I'm sure this would not be an EASY feature to implement, but I would really love it if One Step Update/OSU could run in the BACKGROUND, instead of the foreground where it requires that I wait it out before I can do anything else in Quicken.

Has anyone already created a "feature request" for this, that I can upvote?

The problem with your request is that it would require that both OSU and the foreground iteration of Q be able to write to the datafile at the same time … which would be a MAJOR (perhaps even insurmountable) obstacle.

I'd vote no, if that were possible.

Instead, I just use "Scheduled Updates" and have OSU automatically run at 7am so that things are already downloaded by the time that I get to the computer.
