Empower 401k Downloads Inoperable

Quicken Classic R65.17 on Windows PC. Build 27.1.65.17.

Recently experienced error messages when attempting to complete Quicken QFX on the Empower Retirement web portal. For the first time on 12/2/25, following the file download to the PC downloads folder, a configuration window opens (similar to a file installation), then an uninstallation error message pops up … when confirmed a user cancelled installation failure message generates. Screenshots of the errors are attached. This is a new error as of 12/3/25 … this download was operable as of 11/19/25 without issues.
