BNY Pershing Stopped Downloading
BNY Pershing has stopped downloading into Quicken Deluxe. R65.17 Build 27.1.65,17 Windows 11/\. I did read on one thread from moderator ANJA that says they are aware and working on it with no ETA. Ever since Quicken went to this subscription model stuff has "dropped off the face of the earth" and stops downloading. I wish for clean transactions and I feel that since we pay for it, we should get it. Quicken only needs a credible competitor to force them to clean up their business model and their software.

Okay, mine was fixed at Pershing's site. Log in., go to profile/security settings/quicken and approve device from the list. it looks like I have to do this every quarter, as it says it expires feb, 3, 2026

Thank you misterconcrete. I followed the instructions that you posted on December 8, and that fixed the problem.

I wanted to mention that I had this same problem and the suggested fix remedied it. However, Quicken was not reporting that there was an error in the One Step Update Summary, so I did not notice the problem for several weeks. During the OSU, it did have a red circle next to the update saying that it had failed. That should really be fixed.

The problem came back today for me. I found an old thread (which is closed, so I am responding here) and had to log in and approve access again. This is not an acceptable situation, since Quicken is giving a generic CC-301 error saying there is a problem with the login, and BNY Pershing is not alerting us that access has expired and needs to be approved again. And it's going to happen again in another two months.

Thank you for following up. I apologize for the delayed response.
I would suggest reaching out to BNY Pershing to see if there are notifications or alerts you can enable on their end to be notified of when the connection with Quicken needs to be renewed.
Hope this helps!
