NetXInestor and Quicken update transactions stopped working around beginning of December 2025

I am getting a message:

OL-301-A Your financial institution has rejected your request. etc.

I had this earlier this year and removed the space from login name which worked at the time.

A new issue is happening. Please advise.

    The OL-301 error occurs when there is an issue connecting to the financial institution while using Direct Connect. The situation may ultimately require the financial institution to implement a solution.

    Please review this Support Article that addresses the error you are receiving.

    Ultimately, this is a Direct Connect error, and the Direct Connect connection method uses the bank's servers. Therefore, we are unable to see the issue on the backend because we do not have access to their servers. This may require you to request to speak with an online services specialist who handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states it can't assist, an escalation with them may be necessary.
