Target Card not downloading transactions

Hello. In the recent past, I have been unable to download transactions from Target into Quicken except on certain days. Well, now it doesn't work at all. At the very least, I'm not getting prompted to verify every single time I try. However, this is still not fixed! Today, I disconnected and reconnected to Target National Bank, and although that worked, I was promptly disappointed as it didn't download the 3 transactions that are on their website. Attempting to download the transactions from the site and import them manually also fails. I get a pop-up error message.

I am using Quicken Classic Premier 8.3.2.

    Thank you for sharing your experience.

    Missing transactions with Target National Bank is currently a Known Issue. Take a look at the linked alert, and make sure to bookmark it to stay up to date on any progress/changes.

    As for the message you are receiving when you try to import transactions into Quicken, please check out this Support Article that explains CC-885.

    @Quicken Alyssa Thank you for the links and the info! I'm disappointed that this has been going on for so long but I'm glad that it is a known issue and will hopefully be fixed in the future.

    This is still a problem. Even more annoying, it actually does seem to be downloading them, because I have Quicken set to automaticaly accept them and I get the flag saying that there are transactions to review, but when I go to the account, there's nothing there.

    I have the same problem. Just tried to reconnect again to Target - still no downloads. Quicken Classic Deluxe 8.3.3 (Build 803.58927.100) MacOS 15.6

    I've had this same problem since mid-November. It was working fine before that, but the last successful download was a transaction on 7-Nov. The strange thing is that there are no errors reported, and when I reconnect my account to Target, that also works fine seems successful, but still no transactions.

    Broken for months………………..August 12th, 2025, was the last time for me.

    Really? What are the expectations of your customers? Still only a year in to this platform, but I struggle to connect to accounts and get pointed to the same FAQs and live chat instructions that never work… so it's at the interface with these other parties…I get it, but at some point, the software's value deteriorates if "escalations" take half a year to resolve. Really?
