Schwab reports for bonds and cds

My Schwab investment reports not showing any Maturity Dates for Bonds and CDs. The reports show for the Fidelity investments but not for Schwab. The accounts are set up exactly the same in account details. All of the cds are over one year old. Any thought on what the problem might be?

Could you add some more detail here? It's unclear what "investment reports" you're referring to and if you're referring to the names of the securities themselves being downloaded, or something else, like the maturity dates you enter when you add a new bond or CD security to your security list.

@Tom Young is on the right track I suspect. Do the Bonds and CDs missing from the unidentified report or Portfolio view have valid maturity dates? Edit Security Details to check. I don't believe that information is downloaded when the security is automatically created; I believe it has to be manually entered.

Only places that come to mind using the Maturity dates are the portfolio views (Ctrl-u configured to show the Maturity date column) and the report 'Maturity Dates for Bonds and CDs'.
