Macy's transactions not being downloaded - Quicken for Windows
On Quicken for Windows, I have not been getting transactions from Macy's since sometime in November. I have reset the account multiple times to no avail. I do not get any error messages upon Quicken update or when resetting the account. All appears normal, but transactions not coming into Quicken. Any help is appreciated.

You state Quicken for Windows, but you posted in a QMac forum. Is QWin correct?
If QWin, please do TOOLS, Account List and tell us what's in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns adjacent to your Macy's account.
Also, click HELP, About Quicken and tell us what Q Product you're running and the BUILD of that product.
