Bulk change the Security Name for multiple investment transaction entries

I have around 120 very old (dated 2008-2022) transactions entries in my Fidelity 401K investment account for which I would like to change the Security Name, as the name of it has changed since mid 2023. Instead of doing one by one, any way to select them all and do the name change in one shot?

Appreciate any idea/help.

Thanks

If it's just the company name which has changed, have you tried a Corporate Name Change transaction from the Enter Transactions menu?

    Thanks for the help UKR.

Following your above message, I just now tried the "Enter Transactions menu" and it takes me to a pop up box to fill in and create a brand new transaction.

In my case, I have several old transactions until 2022 with the "Security Name" as "International Business Machines Corp" and the same investment from 2023 is called as "IBM". Thus Quicken shows it as two holdings. I would like to rename "Security Name" of all my old transactions with the name "International Business Machines Corp" to "IBM" so that Quicken can combine and show all accounting information as one holding.

For each transaction, there is a 'Edit' option where I can go to the "Security Name" field and change it to "IBM", but then I need to do this ~120 times. Trying to see if there is any alternative.

FYI - For transitions of Credit Card/Bank type, there is an edit option to change multiple transactions in one shot, but I could not find such one for Investment type.

You were supposed to use the "Enter Transaction" dropdown menu and select "Corporate Name Change", BUT, since you already hold IBM, that might not work.

If it doesn't, try a 1 for 1 "Corporate Acquisition of "International Business Machines Corp" by "IBM".

Just to be safe, take a backup before you try any of this.
