Philly457.com / Philadelphia Deferred Compensation Fails for over a month
Since November 11th, Attempting to connect on my Mac using Quicken classic reveals the following when attempting to access/download my accounts with Philadelphia Deferred Compensation:
An Unexpected Error has occurreded
Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-102
Details:
FI_TIMEOUT
Retry. Retry Error
Interesting, in a sandboxed VM running Windows, Quicken will connect. Creating a QFX file and attempting to import into the Mac will also lead to errors after attempting to connect:
"Quicken is unable to update this account because Web Connect support for your financial institution has been either temporarily, or permanently discontinued [CC-885]."
I've reaching out to Prudential - who manages the retirement account for Philadelphia Employees. They are investigating. Nevertheless, I have this problem approximately a year ago - and it seems the error is on Quicken's side…..
If anyone can help or provide guidance, I'd appreciate it

If no one else posts here with a resolution to this same problem, I suggest you call Quicken Support (on Monday; they are closed on Sunday). They will need to get it documented and escalate it to the connectivity team at Intuit. Since it's working for Quicken Windows, hopefully there's something minor which can be relatively quickly fixed on the Intuit or Quicken servers.
