Downloading Virgin Red Credit Card Transactions into Quicken

Anyone have success downloading Virgin Red credit card transactions into Quicken. I've read all the old threads. Anything new?

    Thank you for posing this question.

    I do not see an instance for the Virgin Red Credit Card in Quicken for Mac. Can you provide the URL that you use to view this card from a web browser?

    I believe this card is through Synchrony. If that is the case, you can try using other Synchrony instances to get it connected. Some examples of these would be Guitar Center, Synchrony Bank Credit Cards, Amazon, and Lowe's, to name a few.

If Quicken would just provide an option to allow users to manually put in the URL for setting up online services for a specific credit card or financial institutions, the problem would be solved whenever a new credit card comes out. Please help me with this as my only other option is to manually enter the transactions or pay for a tool that converts PDF to Quicken format. Does Quicken offer such a tool?

    No, Quicken does not offer a PDF to QFX conversion tool.

    While there is not an instance specifically for the Virgin Rewards Card, I still think it's worth it to try other Synchrony instances to see if you have success with any of those, if you haven't done that already.

    As far as adding an instance for this in Quicken, that request would need to come from the bank. To help make this happen, you can contact the financial institution to let them know you would like to be able to add your account to Quicken.
