Has anyone had an issue with downloading Vanguard transactions?

The issue has occurred over the last 6-9 months. I have shares of VCOBX in a couple Vanguard accounts. Whenever I download transactions that affect this investment, the transaction comes into Quicken as if it were VOO (S&P 500 ETF) instead. Starting here to see if anyone has encountered this.

The VOO CUSIP is 922908363 while the VCOBX CUSIP is 922020839.

Check to see if you've got the correct CUSIP for VCOBX.

If it's wrong the uncheck the "Matched with online security" box for that security. With the next download from Vanguard you should get a prompt to match the security to an existing security.

Thank you for this information Tom. The VCOBX CUSIP was actually assigned to the S&P 500 security. I removed it there, then redownloaded and now the correct CUSIP shows up on VCOBX. I will know for sure the next time i have a transaction on that security. Thanks Again!!
