Citibank Connection Problems?

For the last four days, I'm getting CC-501 error messages on a credit card account from Citibank that says, "We are unable to update this account due to an unknown error…" yada, yada.

Anyone else having this problem? Citibank is usually pretty reliable for me and I'm able to log into their website with no problems.

    Thank you for reporting the issue you are seeing with Citibank.

    After reviewing your connections internally, I am unable to see this error on my end. CC-501 occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information.

    Since you are seeing the error from your side, we can follow the steps in the linked article. First, you would wait 24 hours and then try again. You said it's been 4 days, so you can skip that portion.

    Now you will need to reach out to Quicken Support directly. They will be able to take a closer look at this for you and process an escalation if needed.

    Disregard…Citibank is now downloading transactions. I don't know what went wrong but whatever it was, it corrected itself. Thanks for the quick reply.
