Bank Bill Pay

I am really fed-up with the inability to connect to previous e-pay billers under the new provider. Keep getting messages the the biller is not supported at this time. I thinking of changing to Bank Bill pay with Quicken.

Does anyone know if Citizens Bank Mid Atlantic support Direct Connect and Bill Pay with Quicken? I can't seem to get in touch with anyone at the Bank who is knowledgeable on this subject and can give me a yes or no answer.

    I use Citizens Bank Mid Atlantic (but not bill pay); I don't believe there is any option for Direct Connect.
