Problem updating credit card and bank accounts

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
This morning after the last Quicken patch installed I started to get this message when I tried to update my accounts, some updated, and others didn't. On those that didn't I received the following message:
What's the story here? To update, I had to click "edit account" and drag a downloaded file

It's a known installation problem. For most people the fix is to uninstall Quicken. Then download a fresh copy of the installation program from their online Quicken.com account or from and install that.
