Ameriprise download issues
All of my Ameriprise brokerage accounts are downloading the same amount in the cash balance field. The amount is correct for 1 account but not the others. The others should be zero.

Thank you for reporting the issue you are seeing.
In order to see what could be causing this, we need to take a look at your log files to see how it is being sent to Quicken from the bank. Please contact Quicken Support so they can collect these from you and process an escalation if needed.
In preparation for this call, you can go to Help>Report a problem>Send to Quicken to send the log files over.
If you need help gathering your log files, our support team can walk you through it.
