Truist Bank issue
Anyone having trouble connecting to Truist Bank? For two days, I have been getting the OL-301-A error. Have tried refreshing the online account, validating, resetting the account (short of deactivate/reactivate). I do have online payments to transmit, but their date is over 15 days out. Any suggestions? Using Quicken Classic with Windows 11

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
We do currently have a Known Issue with Truist for a connection change; however, the error you are getting is different.
The OL-301 error occurs when there is an issue connecting to the financial institution while using Direct Connect. This is a general error and should include a unique message provided by the financial institution explaining the action that is required.
If following the steps in the message does not resolve the issue (or no message is provided), you will need to contact the financial institution for assistance. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to be able to correct the problem.
