How to prevent contributions to/from goals from appearing in reconciliation window

Quicken classic business & personal Windows 11: Reconcile never listed contributions to and from goals that were set up. Today, several months worth of these contributions are listed.

How do I prevent these from appearing?

Yes, Quicken and Windows are both up-to-date.

    Look for the "Show Savings Goal transactions in register and reports" option under the gear icon of the Account Bar.

    That's what controls this.

    Unchecking that option removed them from my register, but they are still showing up in the reconcile window.

    In the past, they appeared in my register (I DO want that to happen) but they never appeared in the reconcile window. (I want that again!!)

    Did you recently delete a Savings Goal but kept it as a zero-balance asset Account? Apparently this can cause those transactions to show up in a reconciliation.

    Just checked - all savings goals have an actual goal amount greater than zero, and all goals have a positive cash balance.
