How can I connect QUICKEN 2004 DELUXE (RELEASE R4) to Bank of America with "Express Web Connect+"?

Hello. I've used QUICKEN 2004 DELUXE (RELEASE R4) for years and love it but now Bank of America no longer provides QIF files to download and import. I can't find effective instructions to connect it to BOA with "Express Web Connect+" and it has no apparent way to import the CSV ot TXT files that BOA still provides.

    Your Quicken version can not download transactions into your Quicken Account so the use of EWC+ simply isn't possible. There are free version of programs that can be used to convert CSV file to QIF. One of the SuperUsers here has created one that's available here:
