Can't access bank accounts

My bank accounts through Citizens Bank have the red circle next to the account. When I tried to do the one click update, I got the usual messages. Haven't changed password. I followed the instructions on what to do, but now I have duplicate accounts. The recently created accounts do not have prior years. Not sure what to do.

Assuming that "red circle" has a slash thru it, that means that at some point you closed the account in Q … which is why you can't download into it.

re: you duplicate accounts. Take a backup, just in case, and then select all transactions in the closed account and move them to the new account. Then, carefully review the transactions in the new account to see if any duplicates were created there because they were already in the new account before you made the move. Delete any such duplicates.
