Alert is INVALID: Scheduled transfer transactions are not synced for this account
[Edited to improve readability]
As best I can tell, this appears to be an erroneous Alert.
On 1/04/2026, an alert appeared across the top of the Quicken Classic Deluxe for Mac account window:
“You have scheduled transfer transactions to an account that does not yet support transactions in the cloud or is not configured to be synced. This means your mobile and web balances may not match Quicken for the affected accounts.”
I then saw another alert across the top of the register window for only one of my accounts:
“The balance for this account may be different on mobile and web because scheduled transfer transactions are not synced for this account.”
I compared the “Projected Balance” for this account on the Mac, the Web and on Mobile. The balance for ALL THREE matched out to the 12 month limit.
Why am I receiving this INVALID alert?
Quicken Classic Deluxe for Mac
Version 8.4.2 (Build 804.59835.100)
macOS 26.2
First noticed 1/04/2026
No recent Quicken, macOS or iOS updates that I can recall.
The bank is Ally Bank and the other account I have there does not have the Alert banner on Mac.
I have only one account in Quicken Classic Deluxe for Mac.

You should be able to. I was able to edit your post to paste the text you had uploaded in a PDF, just to make it easier to read.
Your PDF was addressed to Quicken Support. Just as an FYI, this site isn't Quicken Support. It's mostly fellow Quicken users (like me) plus a small team of Quicken moderators who keep things organized and help with answers to some questions. But if you want official Quicken Support, which is available by phone or text chat, click on the Support link at the top of the page and scroll down to see where you can initiate a Support call. (With phone support, if needed a Quicken representative can screen share with you if they need to see exactly what you are seeing or to pull any diagnostics.)

Could you clarify, as these two statements seem to be contradictory. You say you have only one account in Quicken Mac, but also say the error you're posting about does not appear in the other account you have at the same bank.

Hi, jacobs,
I dunno what the deal is with not being able to paste text in the box. I usually type up my post in TextEdit, then Copy/Paste it, but that doesn't work here for me. Even if I copy something that's already in the box, it won't paste here. Tried two different browsers and got the same (miss-)behavior. Weird. <head scratch>
Thanks for the re-post.
I knew about the Community here, but I thought I was on a page to post directly to Support. I searched the Community, but didn't find anything that addressed what I was experiencing.
Sorry for the confusion, Re: "accounts." I only have one QUICKEN account/vault/whatever it's called. In that account, for the BANK that's having the issue, I have two accounts - checking & savings. Both of these bank accounts are set up the same in Quicken, but one generates the false Alert bars and one doesn't. Both of these bank accounts sync just fine between Quicken on the Mac and both Web & Mobile.
I'm trying to figure out what make Quicken think one bank account isn't properly synced to Web & Mobile when it clearly is.
Thanks for any suggestions & Cheers!

@Kino I really don't know what could be causing you to be unable to copy and paste text on this site. I do it all the time, and I haven't seen any other reports of users having this problem. Weird, indeed.
Just to clarify the terminology: you're saying that you have one Quicken data file. It's possible to have multiple data files, such as if you keep records for parents or kids or a small nonprofit; each data file is completely separate from any others. Within a data file, you can have as many accounts as you want; accounts in Quicken generally mirror accounts in the real world, so if you have two checking accounts, three credit cards, a mortgage, a car loan, a brokerage account, and IRA and a 401k in the real world, you could, if you wanted, have an account in your Quicken data file for each one. In your case, in your data file, you have one checking and one savings account.
I do not use the sync to Quicken Cloud for web/mobile, so I can't really help you knowledgeably there. If you don't get any responses here, I suggest you figure out a time to try calling Quicken Support to see if they can get to the bottom of it.
