One Step Update requesting password [Edited]

When I go to one step update, suddenly one of my accounts needs the password, how do I fix this?

Are you getting an error code or message? What does it show/say?
What type of account is it and who is the financial institution?
What is the connection method? Direct Connect, Express Web Connect or Express Web Connect+? (You can get this information above the Account Register toward the left just beneath the Account Name.)
