New Online Billers

Could not find an open topic, starting one again.

We do not get updates on Billers being added. No information at all which I find a slight to customers who have lost functionality. Lots of talk and disappointment previously on that.

Today I shopped Auto Insurance as renewal is up. Turns out a better deal elsewhere so changed companies. Was absolutely amazed GEICO is not a supported biller! The list for me and some others is more bills not supported than are. Several that are supported do not work. Several that were with the old biller are no longer. Several extremely popular billers like GEICO, Netflix, Hulu, Adobe - ghosts.

I think attention to this needs to be kicked up more than a notch. Still dumbfounded no Geico.

There does not seem to be a single topic where users can request billers to be added. I and others suggested that several times. Feel free to add to this as far as I am concerned. Perhaps we are not being vocal enough?

    Hello @Bob.,

Thank you for sharing your comments and concerns. We totally understand the frustration of not having all of your billers available in Bill Manager.

While the list of billers is updated frequently, there is no guarantee that the billers you listed will be added. We do not have a place to request that new billers be added, because this request would need to come from the biller.

To have a biller added for use in Quicken Bill Manager, you can contact the biller directly to request that they support payments through Quicken.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Alyssa,

I read this before. It does not help. The cut and paste is not helpful at all.

Quicken diminished a somewhat working feature and I think it behooves Quicken to reach out and reestablish connections for known popular national and internal billers. Not us. We are not on Quicken's payroll.

I also think the courtesy of announcing who has been recently added would not be asking too much of Customer service.

The rug is bulging from where this entire switch to a new bill provider has been swept.

Some may not agree. But I'll wager many more users do.

    @Bob.,

Thanks for following up! We understand your frustration.

Quicken did not remove billers intentionally. Availability depends on agreements and technical compatibility with the new bill service provider. While we do actively work with the provider to expand the supported biller list, Quicken does not control which companies choose to participate or how quickly those connections can be established.

We know this feature is important to many users, and while we can’t make guarantees about specific billers like GEICO at this time, we are continuing to push for improvements and expansion.

    Thank you!
