Quicken Classic Premier won't upload my Nationwide Annuity info?

Using Quicken Classic Premier on Windows machine, have my EdwardJones account uploading fine for years, I recently added a Nationwide Annuity to my portfolio and I cannot get Quicken to upload any numbers?

    Not all investment companies support downloading of annuities or some types of annuities into Quicken. I ran into this issue with Fidelity and not being able to download my USAA fixed annuity. When I inquired with Fidelity they said they do not support downloading annuities into Quicken. So, I needed to set up a manual account for it in Quicken.

    You might want to try contacting downloading tech support at your brokerage for the annuity (EdwardJones?) and ask them if they support downloading annuities into Quicken.
