Washington Gas biller still pending for months now
Will there be a resolution to this? I am still not at all happy that you have degraded this feature by not supporting many billers.

Thank you for sharing your experience and posing this question.
Washington Gas is in the list of supported billers. Two troubleshooting options come to mind;
The first option would be deleting the biller and readding it. To do this, go to the Bills & Income tab. Click the dropdown arrow for this biller, and select Delete biller.
Another option is going to the Bills & Income tab, clicking the gear icon on the right, selecting Review and Repair from the menu options.
Once there, select Review and Repair Online Billers. This will review all billers and remove any that have issues.

I've tried deleting and adding it again multiple times over the last several months. I tried Review and Repair the other night.
