Download bank transactions - Classic/Windows 11

I have two computers that are synch through the Cloud. I now have to deactivate and then set up each bank/cc/investment account again. If I shut down and go to the other computer, I have to start all over again. What do I need to do, to keep the latest file in synch with bank connections intact? Help please!

    What "Cloud" are you talking about. Sync to Mobile/Web isn't a way to keep two data files on different machines in sync.
