How do I get Discover to recognize my existing accounts to reauthorize?

I just followed the instructions to reauthorize my Discover accounts as required before February 11, 2026. However, this created new accounts instead of updating the original accounts. I asked the Quicken online help what to do and was instructed to deactivate the "new" accounts and delete them. Then, go back to the original accounts and choose to reauthorize those. I have followed those instructions, but Discover gives an error as if my accounts have already been authorized. Now, nothing will download. How to I fix this?

It sounds like the issue you are experiencing might be related to the Alert at this link: ONGOING 2/2/26 Discover Migration.
