Memorized Transaction Order And Description Changing
I am a long-term user of Quicken and have transactions on the calendar for regular transactions. I have my pay stub entered in Quicken and for the last few months, the split line items are changing order, some of the descriptions are associated with the wrong amount, and sometimes a single split line with no category is automatically added to make the final transaction amount balance.
I have manually corrected the split items, but the corrections get changed automatically by Quicken at some point between pay checks. I have deleted and rebuilt the memorized transaction from scratch, but the transaction split gets changed automatically at some point.
I am version R65.29 and build 27.1.65.29. This seems to happen annually with the beginning of the new calendar year.
Is anyone having this situation or have a solution on how to fix this irritating issue?

Are you using QMobile or QWeb? Those are known to sometimes impact transactions in the manner you're describing.
Try turning them off for a few days and see if that helps.

NotACPA, how would I determine if I am using QMobile or QWeb?
I have the app on my phone to only view my finances but not to enter any transactions for synching back to my desktop application. I synch to the cloud but don't believe I am using a QWeb tool.
If I am using these features, where would I turn them off?0 -

To turn it off click, in your desktop Q, EDIT, Preferences, Mobile & Web.

I have turned off Mobile & Web, fixed the memorized transactions again on the calendar and will see if the changes stick over the next couple weeks or so.
Thanks for giving me something to try to resolve/address my issue. Fingers crossed this will fix my issue.

Has there been a permanent fix for this issue? I use Mobile & Web to see my finances and not having it means I have to go to the desktop application.
