Can no longer download from Edward Jones

I keep getting this error. Anyone know what is going on? Log in creds are good.

    Thank you for the information NotACPA. Today, it resolved itself. ?? From the info you linked, etc. there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer as to what is going on.
