Chase is not downloading - why?
Been using Quicken since 1995. Suddenly it tells me I have deleted Chase accounts and I need to add them to Quicken again. I go through the process suggested and tell Quicken that I have not deleted the accounts, etc. Then I go through the reset process. Chase says it already sharing data on all the accounts with Quicken. Then back to Quicken, which does not list the accounts in the "Connect to Existing Account" choices. OR it does offer it, I complete the process, ask to update the account, and it gives me the same error message.
When will this be fixed???

What's the exact wording of the message you're getting? What type(s) of account?
And, when you do HELP, About Quicken … what shows as your Product, Release and "Subscription valid thru"?
