Did not renew automatically . Paid anew and still does not renew. Help !

Thank you for reporting the issues you are having.
I have moved this to a more appropriate category. You posted in a Quicken LifeHub category, and after reviewing your profile, it appears you have an active Quicken Simplifi subscription. You also have Quicken Canada Home & Business, which expired yesterday. I am guessing this is the failed renewal you are referring to.
It looks like what may have happened is that when your Quicken Canada subscription expired, you tried renewing it but ended up buying Quicken Simplifi instead. Please contact Quicken Support directly for assistance with this issue. They can help you get it all straightened out!
