Fidelity Securities Missing from Downloads

(Quicken Classic Premier Version 8.4.2 (Build 804.59835.100), macOS 13.7.8)

The Securities section for Fidelity accounts only displays Cash after "update account" in Brokerage Account. All Funds/Securities have disappeared. The Roth IRA account is missing several funds while displaying most of them. The share price and share quantity are accurate for those that are displayed but the rest are just missing. I can't find any patterns as yet. External accounts seem to update fine. No errors are triggered when updating. I've Disconnected and Reconnected the accounts a couple of times to troubleshoot, to no avail. This began occurring about 22 Feb 2026.

    Yesterday my Fidelity Accounts were correct. Today my Quicken updated to Quicken R66.18, Build 27.1.66.18 and my Fidelity accounts are way off. I have tried to Deactivate the account and Reset the account, but neither helped.

However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.

    It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

    While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.

    Please let us know once you have sent them so we can add them to the ticket.

    Good morning and thank you for the prompt replies! I went to follow your instructions about reporting the issues and when I went back into Quicken everything was resolved and working correctly.

    A big thank you to all who took the time to address the issue!

    For some reason my Checking and Savings accounts won't connect (SchoolsFirst FCU), but I'm assuming that is a different issue that was introduced after the fix, and I just sent in a report.

    Most of the problems from this morning have been resolved for me but two things I want to complain about with Fidelity:

    1. They cannot make up their mind if cash will be cash or a security (SPAXX). Auto Reconcile fails from time to time because they keep switching.
    2. I bought some additional shares of a fund yesterday and it downloaded correctly, added the shares correctly, but did not update the Cost Basis. It wants me to update the added shares cost from 2018 but that is correct. It is today's added shares (the transaction was a buy) that doesn't update.

    I don't understand Fidelity at all. They seem bent on being a pain. And don't get me started with Cash Management accounts.
