Is anyone else having this issue? I am surprised by the number of fields the user is not allowed to correct.

    JEPI pays a variable dividend. What amount do you think it should be and what is it showing? Different places show annual dividends for variable payers in different ways. Many base it on the last 3 months annualized.

    In my experience, Quicken's quote provider simply uses the last dividend paid x the dividends per year as its projection.

    If there is another amount that you think is more accurate or useful, you can enter it by going to the security's Detail view and clicking on Edit details then Other Info. There you can enter what you think the annual income per share should be. In the Preferences for the Portfolio views, you can select whether Quicken uses that amount or the amount from the quote feed.

    Quicken uses this amount to compute the "Estimated income" column in the Portfolio views.

    JEPI shows $6.4316 as the annual dividend. It should be $4.13316. I should be able to in-line edit in the Investing, Portfolio view, but Quicken does not allow that. In the same way, users can not enter their own Industry/Category in the same view. All the other ETF's I own are correct.

    I doubt that you would ever be able to change that because it comes from Quicken's quote provider.

    @mb5!

    Where did you get the $4.13316 annual dividend for JEPI? 12 x the Feb 2 distribution of .3444 is $4.1328.

    I agree the $6.4316 is wrong. It comes from Quicken's quote provider and the only way you could get that corrected would be to work with Quicken Support. Good luck with that.

    But did you read my previous post? There is a way to set the annual dividend that Quicken uses for its Estimated Income and other calculations.

    Also others have requested the ability to change the industry/Category. See this Idea post.

    The 0.00036 is a rounding error. Today, the download provided the correct dividend. I have tried your workaround, but it is not a long-term fix. It is a global setting. I prefer a line item setting. They need to provide the user with a greater ability to correct information that may not be correct. Thanks for your feedback.

    You could propose that as an Idea, but I think the UI would get complicated. For each item that you want to be able to override, there would at least need to be an indication that it is overridden and a way to switch back to the downloaded data.
