Last update removed investment transactions

After the last update and resync with the bank, none of my historical data for purchases, dividends, and interest are listed. All it shows now is just share balances, but no buys or sells. The problem is now you can't tell if your shares are long term versus short term transaction.

For the last 2-3 years, even though they continually update the program, it's become more and more unstable to use. I've had to reinstall from backups on multiple occasions for duplication or flat-out removing data from the file.

I'm done.

I've used this program for 20 plus years to track bills and investment. But it no longer serves that purpose.

I'd rather just log into the bank for all the [removed explicit language] things it's doing.

    To better assist you, I’ll need a bit more information:

    • Which financial institution(s) are you having problems with?
    • How many accounts are affected?
    • When was the last time you saw the correct historical information?
    • What connection method are you using?
    • What tracking method is the account set to use?

    You can check this information using the steps below:

    To check the connection method:

    1. Open the affected account.
    2. Click the Gear icon.
    3. Select Edit Account Details. edit account details.png
    4. Click on the Online Services tab.
      • The connection method will be listed under the financial institution name. connection method.png

    To check the tracking method:

    1. Open the affected account.
    2. Click the Gear icon.
    3. Select Edit Account Details.
    4. Under the General tab (bottom left), you will see the Tracking Method (Simple or Complete). tarcking method.png
