Banking details from Bank of America are not downloading correctly. How to rectify?

Banking details from Bank of America are not downloading correctly. I am getting wrong Payees and categories. the amounts are correct but changing the payees?

    Take a look at your memorized Payees and your Renaming Rules. Those are the most likely sources of the changes you're describing.

    Is there any consistency to the changes. Is actual vendor XYZ always changing to ABC? Is everything changing to ABC (or whatever)?

    Thank you for your reply, but it does not correlate. One eg is: Downloading from Bank of America, the Payee as Venmo and Category as a gift . It should be Payee, a Chase credit card and Category a transfer to that account. This has just started happening. Has there been an upgrade with a glich?

    I am having a similar issue with categories. Additionally, the automatic matching process doesn't find the correct match and check numbers are coming in blank. This started happening about a month ago or so ago.
